A referral is not required for our psychotherapy services.

All you need is a laptop, iPad, or phone with a strong internet connection and a private space to talk. After scheduling a time to meet online, you will receive an email with the link to join the video call. When you click on the link during our appointment time, you’ll see your therapist appear on your screen, and your session will progress as it would in person.

We accept BF&M, CG, and Argus (Allshores) insurance.
We do not accept GEHI insurance. For clients with GEHI or uninsured, we offer a reduced sliding-scale fee.
